Lauren Rae started noticing her interest in health and fitness when she began as a Cheerleader for Wickenburg High School. She realized the impact that healthy nutrition made on her ability to perform as a gymnast and flyer. She went on to perform with the USA All Star team and during her college years Belmont University. Beyond that, her competitive nature and desire to tackle a challenge led her to place as National Qualifier in the NPC Bikini Division on two occasions which eventually helped her find her groove in the fitness and nutrition industry.
All that to say, it wasn't all rainbows and glitter... After graduating from Belmont University, she noticed that her diet and lifestyle had changed dramatically and her 'party all night, sleep all day' lifestyle was taking its toll on how she looked and felt. She knew she needed some guidance to get back on track and hired a personal trainer and a life coach.
That simple act of realizing that i wanted more out of life and having the courage to ask for help, changed everything.

Physical and emotional fitness is a choice — one we make every day. As a society, we are bombarded with inconsistent messaging and ‘convenient’ health choices that are making us sick. What keeps us moving forward as individuals is the opportunity to make healthier ‘inspired’ choices that will fuel your body, mind and spirit.
