Creating a Food Diary

Tracking your food is important for two reasons:

It can be very eye-opening to what you've actually been consuming.

It shows your coach exactly what you have been doing so that we know exactly how to coach you based on the goals you've shared with them.

How to create a food diary using My Fitness Pal:

  1. Download the MyFitness Pal App --->
  2. Set up your account using the email address we have on file for you.
  3. Record everything you eat and drink for 2-3 days (+ a weekend day if possible.)
  4. Sync the MyFitnessPal app with your Trainerize app.

*Important* Please make sure your account is set to 'viewable by all'
