Pump YOU Up: Tangy BCAA Vinaigrette

BCAA Vinaigrette Recipe

Add flavor to your greens and some aminos too! Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) contain most of the amino acids necessary to create a complete protein. Protein is responsible for maintaining muscle mass which in turn keeps you lean and mean! Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

1 scoop Mango Scivation BCAA’s

2 Tbsp water

¼ c White Wine Vinegar

1 c Cold Pressed Olive Oil

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Diced Shallots

⅛ c Chopped Cilantro

¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Pour the BCAA’s into a mason jar and add the water. Stir to combine then add the remaining ingredients. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 1 minute to emulsify and combine.
