Hearty Healthy Shake Recipe

Try this smoothie and feel your heart swell…. in a good way <3

1 Banana

1/2 c Strawberries (Frozen or fresh)

1 c Spinach

1/2 c 0% Fage Greek Yogurt

1 c Skim milk or unsweetened Almond Milk

2 Tbsp Flax seeds

1 serving Sun Warrior, Warrior Blend Protein

Orange Dreamily - Post Workout Elixer

Have this smoothie after a killer workout to replenish, refuel and fire up your tastebuds

1 cup Ice

1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites

1 scoop SunWarrior Raw Protein – Vanilla

½ cup unsweetened original almond milk

¼ fresh squeezed orange juice

 1 tsp vanilla extract

4 drops Orange Vanilla Stevia (Sweet Leaf) Natural Sweetener

5grams Glutamine
